Physical fitness includes the following components: aerobic, strength, and flexibility. Take the everyday fitness test to see where you rate in each of these areas.
Aerobic Activities
After climbing up a flight of stairs, I feel:
| Score | Everyday Fitness Level |
| 4 or less | The stretching you do in daily life probably provides some fitness benefit |
| 5 to 9 | You're still doing okay |
| 10 to 15 | You need to improve your flexibility level |
